Winter Storm hit Texas hard. The winter weather that hit Texas February 13-17 paralyzed cities, snarled up roads and wrecked havoc on infrastructure and utility systems. Thousands of homes and apartments have ben affected because of busted pipes in Houston alone

With several hundred storm crews on the ground in Texas, and more on the way, we’re responding as quickly as possible. With historic volume, waitlists are in place and they're being reduced each day. Once off the waitlist and the job is dispatched, the response time varies and is challenging to estimate at this time.
